I am deleting a document from my printer, the message said deleting but it is not deleting

Hi Men12,

 

I have a troubleshooting guide as attached for this problem as it is a common issues for this series of deskjet printers:-

Deskjet 2000 series Cancelling Print Job

 

There are 3 steps in the link above to bring you through the trobleshooting process with a details video as well.

 

In short, whenever a print job is sent to the printer a file is created in Windows. Sometimes these files become corrupt and cause problems. To properly reset your printing environment, delete these print job files manually and restart both the computer and the printer.
