Product: HP Envy 5530
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have had this printer for several years and it has worked great.  Today I replaced the ink cartridge with a new one that I purchased today.  Once I put it in the machine, it says that it is imcompatible.  Which is weird because it is the same thing that I have been buying for years!

 

Why won't it work???
