ink cartridge

Installed new HP tricolor cartridge.  Align page only prints in black.  Ink level shows full.

Cleaned printer head, tried again, no color.

owned it over 5 years, have replaced many cartridges.

 As stated, I have owned this printer for over 5 yrs.  Have changed many cartridges.

I tried all of the suggestions before going on the forum.

Took original HP cartridge to Walmart, exchanged the faulty cartridge, problem solved.
