MacIntosh 10.6.8 HP Laserjet 1320  upon startup automatically pushes 4 pages through, all of which jam in various places. Jam indicator light appears. Jams cleared, upon restart process repeated.

Worked fine until we moved offices. In new office upon ititial startup behavior began. Connection to same computer.

You probably have a hardware issue that can be solved but will be very difficult. It would appear the tray 2 solenoid "L" arm has become dislodged during the move. The "L" arm is what prevents the pickup roller from turning when the motor turns and only allows the pickup roller to turn when a print job is sent and the arm releases the cam it holds in place. When the arm becomes dislodged when the motor turns the roller always turns and depending of the speed it feeds sheet after sheet until the printers realizes something is wrong and shuts down the paper path with a jam message. The tip is there is not printing on the paper. To fix you will need to download the service manual and then remove most items on the right side of the printer to access the solenoid. You can download the service manual by doing a google search for it.  Attached are just the instructions for the solenoid so you can decide if you want to try it.
