We have purchased several of the HP LaserJet 477fdw in particular because they had the ability to scan to email which is useful in some of our smaller offices. We were under the impression that you could configure LDAP on the printer to use it in looking up email addresses to send scans to. However it does not appear this is the case. Are we mistaken or how do you use LDAP during scanning to select the email address from the company email service? We know LDAP is set up correctly and it is able to find users when we test it in the setup up section for LDAP.
