HP Photosmart 5520

my 5520 printer / scanner has started to break my scans up into lots of mini scans of the one page.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

 

Were you trying to scan a document (report or receipt) "Save as JPEG"? 

From the Scan software, you need to go to "Advanced Settings" and uncheck Auto Crop.

 

Here's an example to show you how it's done:

Hi,

 

That is something to do with Auto crop, this option is good for scanning few photos in one go. You may want to turn this option off. For Windows computer, please try

 

(a) Double click printer icon on desktop,

(b) Click Scan o Document or Photo,

(c) Click Settings.

(d) Untick Auto crop,

(e) Cliack OK/Apply.

Hi im working from a MAC and cannot find anything similiar as the below....??? I do have two icons one HP Utility and the other HP Scan (used for scanning).....anyone done yhis from a MAC?
