Product: HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4535
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Today when I wanted to print a document the printer doesn't worked. I've unistalled and reinstalled the drivers over and over again but with no success. The printer can print .jpg but not pdf or word documents. Please help me. I need those documents

What program are you using to print your PDF files?
