my HP officejet J4550 will not print black ink

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My officejet printer wont print black ink. Put in new cartidges.

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that your HP Officejet J4550 All-in-One Printer is not printing in black. I would like to help you resolve this issue. 

  • Check the estimated ink levels.
  • Run the clean cartridges utility.
  • Clean the contacts.
  • Remove the black cartridge for two hours.
