This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that your HP DeskJet 3630 printer keeps printing something. I would like to help you resolve this issue.

However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,

  1. When did this issue start?
  2. What is the printer printing?
  3. How is the printer connected to computer, USB or wireless?
  4. Did you do any hardware or software changes recently?

Meanwhile:

Perform hard reset on the printer.

  •  Remove the power cable from the printer when it is turned on.
  • Press and hold the power button for 60secs.
  • Connect the printer power cable directly to wall outlet and to the printer.

Reply with the result of the above-mentioned steps, for further assistance.

Cheers.
