no ink

HP Recommended

i have my printer set up. its a hp envy 5530, its getting the jobs and its taking paper, but no ink is on the paper when it spits it back out. please help

I read your post about your Envy 5530 no longer printing in black ink. I would like to suggest the guide below that could potentially correct this issue for you.

 

Printer Does Not Print Black Ink or Color Ink, or Prints Blank Pages

 

 

If the troubleshooting does not help resolve your issue, I would then suggest calling HP's Technical Support to see about further options for you. If you are calling within North America, the number is 1-800-474-6836 and for all other regions: click here.
