officejet pro 8500
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I have the officejet pro 8500. after 1 day not printing,when I try to print the first page the printer prints ok, but if i am trynig to print 5 pages, in every page i have less ink until i get no ink at all.

 

this is true for black and color printing.

I understand that you are facing print issues with your HP Officejet Pro 8500 All-in-One Printer wherein the ink keeps fading and finally stops while printing multiple pages.

 

This issue could occur if the ink tubes are kinked or bent.

 

Let's go through a few steps to troubleshoot this issue.

 

And here's the step by step guide for you listed below: 

  1. Open the product lid. The carriage moves to the left side of the product.

    If the carriage does not move to the left side, press and hold the OK button until the carriage moves. Wait until the carriage is idle and silent.

  2. Look in the center of the product for the four ink tubes that connect to the printhead, and then examine the ink tubes. The ink tubes should be bundled neatly, and they should not appear kinked or bent.
