officejet pro x476 dw

Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

When I turn the printer on it quickly starts flashing all its lights and says "Turn printer off, then on".  I have done the re-set several times but nothing changes.  I cannot access the menu on the printer because it doesnt respond at all except to say "turn printer off, then on"

Thank you - none of those fixed the problems.  I still have the flashing - Turn Printer Off, then On.  So bummed!
