Printer keeps saying we are out of paper but we are not?

Tried to reload the per - never had this problem before,

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are getting out of paper error message on HP ENVY 7645 printer. I would like to help you resolve this issue. 

  • Check the paper, and then reload it.
  • Adjust the paper settings in the print driver.
  • Clean the paper feed and pick rollers.
  • Reset the printer.
