Hope this is the right board. First time user.  Just bought the HP 510 and came up against eprint. I have an older Epson printer that connects directly to the computer; apparently this is a problem for eprint (message says it will not work with a cable hookup).  Is there a way to override eprint or do I literally have to buy a new printer?

What is the product number of this Printer? (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).

What is the Operating System installed on the PC? Is it Windows PC or Mac OS

Thanks for the reply. I managed to solve the problem.  The new computer automatically set the "destination" as HP eprint for all print jobs rather than my actual printer.  Underneath "destination" there is "change". Clicking on "change" brings up other printing options, including my printer. I switched and it works fine.
