Printed pages one day, shut off printer, next day when I turned on the printer got "paper jam" error message  when there is no paper jam.  2nd problem  ink cartridge carrier will not move to access cartridges.  Unplugged printer for 10 minutes, same problems when reconnected

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are getting paper jam issue on your printer. I would like to help you resolve this issue.

However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,

  • Please provide the printer model number.
  • How the printer is connected to computer, USB or wireless?
  • Which operating system is installed on the computer?

Meanwhile:

  • Remove the power cable of the printer when it is turned on.
  • Press and hold the printer for 60secs.
  • Connect the power cable to the printer and directly to wall outlet.
  • Turn on the printer.

Reply with the result of the above-mentioned steps, for further assistance.

Cheers.
