Having problems printing as everything that I print out has a tint of red replacing lines that are suppose to be in black. Ran test page and couldn't read the areas where there are suppose to be description of the product. The color portions printed fine. Was printing fine until I installed a new black ink cartridge today. Ran the HP Print and Scan doctor and everything checked. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Are you using genuine HP Ink?

Please refer to page number 81 in the printer manual and align the printer. Click here for the printer manual.
Evaluate the alignment page for print quality.
The issue persists, on the alignment page, please try a different cartridge or change the printhead on the printer.
