photosmart C7250 partial reset

[ Edited ]

Did a complete partial reset trying to clear out an error message...now does not print and asking for memory card.  Which file can I download on a memory card to fix the problem.

I did this by mistake and I figure it is needing a reload of firmware...where can I get that download?

Re: photosmart C7250 partial reset

I could not find a listing for a firmware update for this printer. I would try a hard power reset:

While the power is on, remove the power plug from the back of the printer. Wait at least 30 seconds, then reconnect the power cord. Turn the printer on with the power button, if it will let you.

Hopefully that will clear the firmware request.
