photosmart c310 changed black cartridge now it will not print

HP Photosmart Premium c310
Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

I changed the black cartridge and now it wont print.  the color cartridges are empty but it was printing before that.  i used a non-HP black cartridge and it wont aligh now either.  i have cleaned the cartridges and run the alignment tool

I reviewed your post and I understand that after changing the black cartridge the printer is not printing.

 

I’d love to help!

 

I would like to inform you that there needs to be some ink in all the 4 cartridges for the printer to print. I recommend you to replace all the 4 cartridges and then try printing.
