I am installing my new ENVY 5660 printer. The installation is complete, my computer recognizes the printer, the internet connection light is solid green, but I have 2 problems:
1. The arrow is the only icon that shows up on the printer screen; all others are dark. As a result, I can't access the internet connection information on the printer
2. The printer won't print.
Please provide help to solve this frustrating problem.
