officejet pro 6830
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought 3 Officejet Pro 6830 for the business i work for and 2 before year warrenty was over the printer head failed.   This is my last one that had not failed but now has, this is more than frustrating comming from a HUGE HP fan.  I feel that this product has major flaws and should not be sold if by looking at the forum and on line this is a consistant problem with this model.  I am connected to the Insta ink program as well, now i just can't print and am paying for this service.

I do not have my reciept anymore, i tried looking and can't find it.  I know it has been over a year but less than 2 years, why would you sell a product that lasts less than 2 years?  Sorry i am more than frustrated because now i am probably going to have to buy 3 new printers in my near future.   I was lucky and did register one of the printers and yes you did replace the printer head and printer, i'm just wondering...  am i tottaly out of luck?  do i have to buy a new printer? is there a replacement that can be sent?  do i have to stop my insta ink service?  Basically, what can i do HP Support?  BTW, yes i have cleaned the printer heads, turned it off and on to restart...
