Envy 5664
Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

My hp Envy 5664 will not feed *hp brochure paper 180g, 48 lb*

This paper is glossy and claims to be able to print on both sides

I am able to print glossy photo paper, only on the gloss side, so cannot substitute for the brochure paper

Any ideas?

As I understand the printer won't feed brochure paper,

Don't worry as I'll be happy to help, however, to provide an accurate solution I need a few more details:

When was the last time it worked? 
Have you made any changes to the printer settings/preferences to check if it works?

 

If you haven't changed the printer settings to your preference, please follow the steps mentioned below:
