printer wont print colour

HP Recommended
envy 4527
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I bought this printer brand new a coule of days ago.

usb connection

installed printer software from supplied disk 

 

prints test page in all colours 

 

but only prints in greyscale

I reviewed your post and I understand that the printer is not printing in color.

 

I’d love to help!

 

Please try the below steps and this should resolve the issue.

  1. Open Devices and Printers by clicking the Start button and then, on the Start menu, clicking Devices and Printers.
  2. Right-click the printer that you want to use, and then click Printing preferences.
  3. Make your choices, and then click OK.
  4. Under option Print color select color, then the OK button.

Check if you are able to print in color now.
