Well, I searched all over for possible solutions, but couldn't find anything useful. I was hoping that someone from HP would contact me. My only hope now is to try to get a service manual, but even that is not available as far as I see...

If the issue persists, please contact our phone support for the service options available for your printer.
I do not have any service manuals available for any printer.
