I suspect that the response  received from my post on 2/26/17 may have been from a computer since the post wasn't completely read, it was noted in my post that the warrranty had expired &  I  was expecting an alternate resolution or suggestions on how to resolve my problem.  I did see other customer complaints about having similar issues with the printhead.  I attempted to respond to the link in the response that I received, but the input of the  product/serial number several times was rejected.  Does  that mean I need to purchase a new printer?  I would appreciate more specific answers to my inquries in my post.  Again, thanks in advance for your assistance.

I'm writing because I'm  confused about why my hp officejet 6800 e all in one printer isn't working.  I was trying to print and I 'm getting error code oxc19a0003 there is a problem with the printhead.  I had the printer since 3/15 and of course,  the warranty ended 3/16.  I have never had problems with the printer before,in fact, looks "brand new".  My prior hp1315 i still works!! but I wanted a wireless printer to allow printing from my smart phone.  Can you please suggest what I can do to revive my printer? Are there local hp service centers in my areas that can fix it ? What about estimate on cost to repair.   I will appreciate any suggestions you can offer, thanks in advance for your assistance.

[I am not a computer, and I did really read your previous post.]  Despite the printer being out of warranty it may still be covered for the printhead failure.  I will ask to have your post escalated.
