Re: printing from email

I'm using windows 8.1 and hotmail. I get that screen when I push the print option but not when I forward the email to my personalized printer email.

Re: printing from email

Ah, I see -  you are using the e-Print functionality of your printer.

Are you able to put some regular paper in the 4x6 tray? There can be limited funtionality when e-mailing documents to the printer in terms of media selection.

If it's an e-mial, the printer should call for regular A4/letter paper from the main tray. What is the printer model you are using?

I'm using a photosmart 7520. I haven't tried cutting any 4x6 pieces yet. If that's what I have to do, then I am ok with that. I was just trying to get it to print onto letter size paper.

Does the e-mail that you are trying to print have a photo or image attached to it?

If there is a photo attached, the printer will call for photo paper to print this and then print the main body of text on A4/letter.

The default setting for e-Print enabled printers is to print text using plain paper from the main tray and photos with photo paper from the photo tray.
