hi there,

could you provide the community with a little more information to help narrow troubleshooting? Things like your printer model and your operating system help out a lot.

printing issues

I am having the same problem.

cannot print from envy 5530 using win 7 x86 32 bit.

 Printer installs;

drivers install; but Test Print page only prints header.

It worked fine a few weeks ago(2).

However,  web docs(recipes) print fine., HP photo creations prints fine as well.

i tried wireless and usb. i tried hp scan and print DR. it reports all drivers and printer are installed correctly.

HELP PLEASE !!!!
