Printer leaves large margin at top of page and cuts off the bottom.
Hi! @cs3-_, Thanks for stopping by HP forums!
I understand the printer leaves a large margin at top of page when you print.
Don't worry I'd like to help you out.
Did you make any changes to your printer?
What type of paper are you using to print?
Are you printing from online or are you using any application to print?
Please provide the operating system you are running on your PC to assist you better.
If you are printing from online you should open the content and then print the file.
Make sure you check the print preview first before printing.
I have checked the printer specifications please find the margins set for different papers.
Top Margin 3.3 mm (0.13 inch)
Bottom Margin 3.3 mm (0.13 inch)
If you are printing envelopes
Top Margin 14.5 mm (0.57 inch)
Bottom Margin 14.5 mm (057 inch)
Also, refer this article to further troubleshoot paper mismatch errors.
I'll watch your reply!
Take Care! 🙂
