Product: hp Officejet 4658
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just recently purchased this printer , and signed up for the instant ink programme. My colour ran out last week and I have not received any replacement cartridge.

Your Instant Ink account is not associated to that email address. Can you think of a different email you may have used, or provide me with the printer's serial number?
