Product: HP Office Jet Pro 8710
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am attempting to set up HP Instant Ink on a new HP Office Jet Pro 8710 printer. I cannot enable web services. I've updates the software and the firmware. When I attempt to enable web services, it insists on checking for printer updates. Then,  the only message I get is "Download Unsuccesful. The printer update could not be downloaded". Doesn't tell me WHY.

 

I can't get the printer claim code or go any farther until I figure this part out.
