"Scan to computer is no longer activated" false error

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

"Scan to computer is no longer activated" false error. After upgrading to windows 10 i started getting this message. how do i fix the issue?

I understand that you are having some issues with a Scan to Computer error associated with your Photosmart 7520 e-All-In-One Printer. I can help you with that.

 

To sort this out we'll need to uninstall any software associated with your printer on your Windows 10 PC. Once that is done you can download and install the latest drivers by clicking on this link.

 

This should prevent the error from appearing. If this resolves your issues or if you have any other questions please let me know. Otherwise, have a great day!
