I own a HP Photosmart 5520 Printer. I bought it in Singapore and have been using HP564 carteidges. Now that I have recloacted to India, I bought HP685 cartridges as a replacement.  Once I replaced the black ink cartridge, i get a message "incompatible cartridge".
