Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Whenever I'm copying,  f.e. ,  the result is an copy where or on the left or on the right site, part of the copie is missing !

How can I "repair" this item please ? Many thanks in advance !

I understand that you are facing copy quality issues with your HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer wherein the part of the copy is missing.

 

This issue could occur if the copy settings are not correct or the firmware may not be updated.
