hp officejet pro 6830
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I upgraded my windows 10 with a new software and since then I am unable to print.  Have downloaded the newest driver software from HP for my printer but it didnt help.  The error message reads : Your file coulg not be printed due to an error on the Fax - HP Offjet Pro 6830 on e10;.  There are several possible reasons;

It goes on to check connection, ink, paper, cords.  To uninstall and reinstall.  Have done all these things. On the scan doctor it will print an internal test page but will not print the other test page.  It worked before the upgrade on my windows and I was already using windows 10.  Just a new and improved windows 10 now.
