Hello there! Welcome to the forums @COWGIRL58 ,

I read your post about how you can receive faxes however, cannot send a fax and a red "X" appears.

Please let me know which printer model you have, and I will look in to this issue for you 🙂

How Do I Find My Model Number?

Thank you!
