replaced ink cartridges,non funtional.

HP Recommended
hp envy printer

I changed  out  both  ink cartridges.  Still being notified ink is low

The printer will not attempt to print......just repeats  ink low.

cartridge changes occured without prolems in the past.

Hi @reeg3035,

 

Welcome to the HP Support Forums! 🙂 I understand you have replaced the ink cartridges on your HP Envy 5530 and you are still getting a low ink error message. You are unable to print to the Envy 5530.

 

I would like you to start troubleshooting here: Color or Black Ink Not Printing

 

Make sure to clean the cartridges and make sure they are properly vented.

 

What are the results, are you now able to print? I will watch for your reply.
