I have four ink cartridges , 60, I cannot use because my old printer broke and my new one uses type 61. I'd like to return them for a refund or perhaps get the new 61 type in their place. I bought them from your onlin store over six months ago.
If the cartridges are new in unopened boxes I would suggest you contact HP for possible exchange.
