Product: HP Office Jet Pro 6830
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have tried everything suggested in the troubleshooting and still can't  use the scannning feature on my printer.  I keep getting the following error message when I try to install:  

 

Call to driverpackageInstallreturnederror 536870141 for package 'C:\Programfiles\HP\HPOfficeJetPro6830\Driverstore\NGSScandiive\HPWia-0J6830.INF'

 

Can someone please tell me how to fix this?

Hi,

Firstly, please download an run the following tool:

     http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/HPPSdr.exe

It may fix the problem for you. If not, post back full error message(s).
