I have a mac  - I used to be able to scan and save docs but cannot now- not sure why - the scan is an image but i cannot save it (pdf) to a folder to use alter on. Ideas on why this stopped working? I have and hp8610. I tried different options in the preferences but no luck.

As I Understand scans but does not save the file on the PC,

No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:

Did you install the latest full feature software to resolve the issue?

If you haven't, here's a link you can use to get the job done: Click here to find it.

Keep me posted 😉
