Solved!

selected portions of the page missing

Officejet 7310, Windows 7 64

Just noticed a few days ago that my printer is not printing selected portions of the page.  The colors are fine and photos print fine.  The missing lines or portions of a line would be black or color and are missing.  Drivers and software are up to date and nothing done to cause it.  Makes no sense but it's happening.  Any ideas?

Hello consolegoddess,

Welcome to the HP Forums!

I understand you're noticing the Officejet 7310 is printing portions of the page. I will do my best to assist you! I would recommend following this HP document on Missing, Faded, or Dull Colors. See if you're missing colors from this page. If so, then please continue following this document.

If this page comes out perfect, then please let me know.

Looking forward to hearing from you. Smiley Happy

I worked on behalf of HP.

Turns out the problem is only with the Chrome browser.  Have submitted the issue to them.  Thanks.  Glad the problem is NOT my printer.  Can't find one that prints as well.:smileyhappy:
