Hi @suebee1,

Thanks for reaching out to us via the HP Support Forums.  I gather that you are trying to enroll in the Isntant Ink program but are being held back by the wifi connection.

The Instant Ink program will only work if the printer has its own connection to the internet, that is why it is requesting that the printer be connected to your home wireless network.  Your Deskjet 3630 doesn't support an ethernet connection which would have been the other option to connect the printer to the internet.

I've included the following documents for your reveiw.

Printer Specifications for HP DeskJet 3630, 4720 Printers   http://ow.ly/GnUf307lKLW

What Is HP Instant Ink?   http://ow.ly/OptR3077m7r

Enrolling in Instant Ink    http://ow.ly/2c06307jkIN

If you have a home wifi and want to connect the printer to that network, please follow the steps in the Wireless Printer Setup (Windows) document

I hope the above helps. 🙂
