im triying to print and the machine says printhead problem!

 

i followed instructions from this link https://support.hp.com/ie-en/document/c02945355 to replace printhead

 

I just wanted to clean print head but here is no lever to release the printhead.

 

how do i resolve this please help  ME 'OBE ONE' YOUR MY ONLY HP HELP

May the Forums be with you!  It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel!

 

I understand that you are having trouble with the Photosmart 7510 print head. Please check http://bit.ly/2qGTxPP and follow the instructions specified in the video to help replace and clean the print head of your printer. The video is made for a different printer, but the steps are all the same.

 

If you are still facing the issue, restart the printer and open the cartridge door and send a picture of the print cartridge carrier so that I can help you better.

 

Those steps should do the trick, let me know the outcome!
