I have a HP Laserjet Pro MFP M177fw printer.

Unfortunately my new junior upon inserting new toner, has inserted it wrong way round and now it is firmly stuck within the machine. I have tried pulling and manipulating it out but not working.

Any suggestions?

Did you ever get the toner cartridge out? I've just done same thing.
