I installed my printer using the "HP LaserJet Pro CM1415 Color Multifunction Printer Full software and Drivers" solution.  However, after installing I do not have access to the HP ToolboxFX application.  When I try to open it I get a window stating that Windows is trying to find HPTLBXFX.exe.  When I browse to try and find it, it appears that the directory C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\ToolboxFX\bin, where the application should be, is empty.  Please help me install the ToolboxFX application.

Just so that everyone is clear, I have tried uninstalling and re-installing.  It did not help, so please don't just suggest that I do that.

I'm having the same problem.  Did you ever find a solution?

No, I never found a solution.  It looks like it's a bug that may never get fixed.

Thanks for the reply.

It's sad that a re-install of the drive package downloaded from the HP website causes stuff to break.  The download said it was the same as what shipped with my product - which it was not because that no longer installs due to certificate revocation.

Anyway, thanks again.  I'll let you know what I learn as I fiddle with this.

There is now a new software package available on the support website.  It fixes the toolboxfx problem.
