Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I am able to print all documents but US tax forms.  I don't get any error messages.

Welcome to HP Support Forum. IRS information says "When saving or printing a file, be sure to use the functionality of Adobe Reader rather than your web browser."

Please try to print from Adobe Reader.

I was using Adobe reader.  Printer says "printing" but nothing is produced/

Try this.

 

Totally uninstall and remove Acrobat Reader.  Now go to the Adobe web site and download and install Acrobat Reader DC.

 

Now try.

This didn't work.  Desk top shows that it has been formated, but then printer says "printing in progress". but there is nothing.  I end up canceling the print job.

Totally uninstall the printer and remove all drivers.

 

Now reinstall your printer here.
