unable to print...or change default setting

Product Name: hp deskjet 2135
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

previous pinter hp f4185.....unistall n remove


new printer hp deskjet 2135



after installating....

1. error when try to set default setting on new printer

error 0x00000709


2. when open working file for printing, new printer not listed 



printer connect local tru usb

scanning function working

connecting to printer ok

driver install ok

I read your post on how you cannot print with your HP Deskjet 2135 printer. I am happy to help! 


To confirm the printer's hardware is functional, are you able to print a self-test page? Printing a Self-Test Page.


For now, please try our HP Print and Scan Doctor, and let me know what happens!
