Let me take a moment to thank you for posting on the HP Support Forums. 

 

I understand that you have an HP Officejet Pro 6830 e-All-in-One Printer and vertical lines appear when printing photos. You have cleaned and aligned the printhead already. You've done a remarkable job performing the steps. 

 

To provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details: 

  • How is the print quality when you print on normal paper?
  • Please make a copy on the printer by removing the normal paper out and keep only the photo paper.

I recommend you to perform the steps from this link
NOTE: Please refer to Solution seven>> Step 5: Make sure that the cartridges are properly vented and seated correctly from this link.
