what/where is the IP address for the hp photosmart 7510 located? i have a macbook pro

Hi,

The IP Address can be located on the product front panel.

Click the WiFi icon At the top-left of the screen (), there the IP should appear.

In case the IP appear as Not Applicable it means the device disconnected form the network.

Click the Settings button and then follow the Wireless Setup Wizard to configure the wireless connection.

I can't get my Photosmart 7510 to connect to my wireless.  The troubleshooter says to turn off the MAC address filtering.  It IS off.  My Actiontec PK5000 has an area int the settings where a MAC address or IP address can be manually entered, but I don't know where to find these numbers. 

My old 3-in-1 had this same problem, but I gave up and just used a USB cable and the Bluetooth connection with my laptop.

Hi,

Check what security type is configured.

 

Using a WEP security with the Shared authentication type may cause such error.

 

Try selecting WPA and check if you may see any difference.

 

Also try and check if the following steps may apply for your router:
