when i use this printer to print my coupons they will not scan i wnt and got a new prainter and i use that with no problem can you please help me please i have a lot of hp ink and i dont went it to go to waste please help thank you

I understand that your Deskjet 3630 does not copy the coupons.

 

This issue could occur scanner mechanism is not working.

 

Let's go through a few steps to troubleshoot this issue.

Also, check if you are able to print the test page by following the steps provided below:

  1. Make sure that there is U.S. letter or A4 size, unused, plain paper in the input tray.

  2. Press and hold the Power button, and then press the Cancel button.

  3. Let go of the Cancel button and then the Power button. The test page prints.

It is printing but the ink it very very dark is there any way I can cut the ink down some

I understand that the ink is very dark and you want to make it lighter.

 

This issue could occur if the if the print quality is set in best mode.

 

Please follow the link to change the print quality settings: Print Driver Settings Guide (Windows) or Print Driver Settings Guide (Mac)
