Hello, @MarlinMcDowell – Hope you are well 🙂

Thanks for engaging in the HP Forums! I see by your post that you are experiencing printer issues. I will certainly do my best to help you!

Going through your post, it looks like an issue with the printer drivers on your PC. Let’s start by reinstalling the printer drivers to fix this issue. Here are the steps:

  • Unplug the USB cable from the printer and computer if present.
  • Go to Control panel – Programs and feature – Select all the HP Officejet printer entries and uninstall them.
  • Restart your computer.
  • Now click on http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL61009/mp-147050-2/OJ7510_Basicx64_72.exe to download and install the printer drivers.
  • Connect the USB cable if prompted and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.
  • Now, change the print settings on your program to print 8*10 paper size and then try printing again.

Those steps should do the trick, let me know the outcome!

Good luck 🙂
