will not connect wireless

I moved and have a different internet provider. I'm trying to connect to new router.

1) have already did restore default on printer

2) rebooted computer, printer and router

3) WPS says error......sometime when print report it says wireless not on. turned wireless on and is flashing it turns off when print report

4) tried wps and pin number no luck

5)sometimes it tells me that the passphrase does not match.....have correct password

6) looked at setings in router and firewall all look correct

any sugestions?????????????????????????????

Make sure your router is set to a fixed wireless channel like 1, 6 or 11, never ‘auto’.  Try channel 1 first then the others one at a time.  Make sure printer and router are at least 5 feet apart.

However if you have a Gateway (modem+router) device, all Gateway devices are terrible for wireless connectivity.   If this does not work, suggest you put that gateway device in full bridge mode and install your own high quality router that YOU have full control over.
